Fire TV stick struggling

I have the first generation Fire TV stick that I run Kodi on.

I'm finding that the latest builds after Jarvis, the Fire TV stick struggles, I guess lack of ram.

So worth checking out SPMC as below.

Certainly seems to run better on my first gen Fire TV stick.

Also, the way it installs, it is a separate install to Kodi, so handy if you want to do your own separate build to standard kodi on the same device.

I too have the first gen stick & also started getting painfully slow so I just shoved it in a drawer & use my Raspberry pi 3 instead.

But will definitely check out SPMC now.
