    Default Dm800se iptv

Anyone done anything with IPTV for the DM800se, I've tried a few streaming plugins but none seem to stable and most streams don't work.

Try TSmedia/1channel with your own proxy. Before the UK ISPs blocked them, worked perfectly using default ones.

I do think iptv is the future, got a cracking app on my Android's that Renwich suggested, not only does this app stream cracking movies and TV series, the app will allow you to download the movies and TV series to the android in high quality.

I then stick them on my Serviio server and watch with smart telly or other mobile devices.

Here is the GitHub for that app

    Code:
    https://github.com/Nobody28/IPTV-List-Updater
It adds the streams to individual bouquets at the end of your channel list but again, many streams do not work

@lincsat: INCOMING OFF TOPIC ALERT!!! I don't think that TC thanked you properly for your genius little 'cunning plan' suggestion for C15.0 passwording. Thanks to LraiZer's hard encoding of your idea, this is now nicely up and running in C15.0b, m8.

Keep the ideas coming, and thinking 'outside of the box', like you do...

    Cheers- AL

the only sure fire way I've found to stream media is to use android streaming apps on my tablet and dreamdroid to send the stream to the 800se

While TS plugin on E2 boxes can be handy i find it often throws up itś own set of problems. I normally install manualy. A good example is the 1 channel plugin. Works 95% correct when installed manually. But will often cause the "green screen" bug when installed via TS.

TS Media plugin works great for me anyway, yes some links dont work but I usually find a working one in there,

outside of the dm800se then XBMC on the tablet connected to the TV works even better

How about a new IPTV forum section?

Very general, including smart TV's, home media servers, chromecast etc. Personally I am using serviio and 2 sammy smart TV's here a lot now.
